Is Scribe just another AI writing tool?+
No. Generic tools start with a model. Scribe starts with your approved brand rules, products, messages and source material, then applies performance and model intelligence around them.
Will our data be used for model training?+
Not by default. Customer data is not used for model training unless this is explicitly agreed and documented in writing. Any agreed fine-tuning work is subject to controlled data selection and audit trails.
Does Scribe replace our marketing team?+
Scribe is designed to increase a team’s capacity and consistency. It handles repeatable content production and governance, while your people retain creative, strategic and approval control.
What does onboarding involve?+
A typical onboarding programme takes around three to four weeks. D3 structures the Brand Brain, configures the platform and develops the first sample content while your team supplies and approves the relevant brand, audience, product and compliance inputs. Timing depends on input and legal sign-off.
What is the minimum commitment?+
Scribe plans have a minimum 12-month term and are paid monthly. Month one also includes a one-off NZ$5,000 setup fee. Published prices exclude GST.
